Example builds

These twelve scenarios are illustrative examples of the kinds of problems we solve, written as anonymous personas drawn from how these professions really work. They are not client stories. As real projects complete, real case studies (anonymized, with permission) will take their place.

Every example follows the same pattern: a person with specific, recurring pain points; the off-the-shelf software that didn't fit; and the small, focused tool we would build instead. If one of them sounds like your week, tell us.

Your pain points won't match any of these exactly. That's the point: we build for the exact problem, not the average one.
