Privacy Policy

Prometheus Labs is a small software company based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers this website and our products in general. Each product also has its own privacy policy: Photo Admin, Trademark Search and Form Digitizer.

This website

There are no accounts and no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (such as IP address, request, and browser type) to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits; it sets no cookies, stores no personal profile, and does not track you across sites.

When you email us

If you email hello@prometheuslabs.ca, we receive your message and email address so we can reply.

Inquiries sent before October 14, 2026

Until October 14, 2026, this website had an inquiry form. Inquiries sent through it are stored on our infrastructure at Cloudflare, and the notification and confirmation emails were delivered by Resend. Both providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We keep those inquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. To see, correct, or delete what you sent us sooner, email hello@prometheuslabs.ca and we'll take care of it.

Purchases

When you buy a paid product, our payment processor (Stripe) collects the details needed to take the payment. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver what you bought and provide support. We never receive or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Photo Admin and your photos

Photo Admin runs on your own computer. It never uploads your photos and makes no network connection that includes your photo data. Trademark Search and Form Digitizer describe what they collect in their own privacy policies, linked above.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
