Prometheus Labs is a small software company based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. This policy covers this website and our products in general. Each product may add its own notice; the Photo Admin policy lives at /photo-admin/privacy.

This website

The site is made of static pages. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (such as IP address, request, and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

When you contact us

If you email hello@prometheuslabs.ca, we receive your message and email address so we can reply.

Purchases

When you buy a paid product, our payment provider (Polar) collects the details needed to process the payment and email your licence. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver the licence and provide support. We never receive or store your card details. See Polar's privacy policy.

Your files stay yours

Our desktop apps run on your own computer. Photo Admin never uploads your photos and makes no network connection that includes your photo data.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
