We work hard to keep our tools reliable, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee that they fit every possible use. You are responsible for checking that a tool suits your needs.

Licences and payment

Each paid product is licensed for your own use. The price, what is included, and the terms of the licence are shown on the product page and on your receipt. Photo Admin is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Refunds

Refund terms are stated on each product page. For Photo Admin, reply to your receipt email within 30 days if it did not do what you needed.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
