An example of the kind of build we do, not a client story. The persona is illustrative; the pain points are real in how this work actually runs.
Automatic weekly seller updates for a realtor
Who
A busy residential realtor in her 30s carrying six to ten active listings at a time. Her evenings go to showings; her Sunday nights go to writing seller updates.
The pain points
Every seller expects a weekly update: how many showings, what the feedback was, how the listing is doing. Producing that means digging back through a week of showing-confirmation emails, chasing buyer agents for feedback, and copying numbers by hand into an email, for every listing, every week.
She pays for a big real-estate CRM that promised everything, but it's built for chasing new leads rather than reporting to current sellers, and she stopped logging into it months ago.
What we would build
A quiet background service. Her showing confirmations and feedback emails get forwarded to a private address; every Monday morning each of her sellers receives a tidy one-page update in her branding: showings this week, feedback received, and total activity since listing.
She gets a copy first and can hold or edit any update before it goes out. Her email, her branding, her sign-off; the drudgery is the only thing that changes.
