An example of the kind of build we do, not a client story. The persona is illustrative; the pain points are real in how this work actually runs.

Closing-letter package generator for a real estate lawyer

Professional Solo real estate lawyer Windows app One-time purchase + optional support plan

Who

A solo real estate lawyer in his 60s with one law clerk, closing several residential deals a week. He is loyal to Word and email and nothing else.

The pain points

Every closing needs the same stack of routine letters and documents (requisition letter, undertakings, directions, reporting letters), each currently produced by opening the last deal's Word files and doing find-and-replace. Wrong-name and wrong-address slips happen and are mortifying in front of the other side's lawyer.

Meanwhile the per-deal fees on the big conveyancing platform keep climbing every year, so pushing more of the document work through it costs more, not less.

What we would build

A small program where the clerk types the deal details once (parties, property, price, key dates, mortgage details) and clicks one button to generate the entire letter package as finished Word documents in the firm's own letterhead and templates, correctly filled, every time.

It runs entirely on the office computer and changes nothing else about how the firm works.

A build like this would typically land around $2,500 one-time, optional $400/yr support plan. Every real quote is fixed in writing after discovery, before anything gets built, and you see the tool working before you pay. How engagements work →
