An example of the kind of build we do, not a client story. The persona is illustrative; the pain points are real in how this work actually runs.
Double-booking guard and pull sheets for an event rental company
Who
The owner of a party and tent rental company who tracks what's booked on a wall calendar and a master spreadsheet, and finds out about double-bookings when two crews reach for the same 40x60 tent.
The pain points
Availability lives in the owner's head: every quote requires mentally subtracting what's already out that weekend, and peak-season Saturdays produce double-booked inventory or frantic sub-renting from competitors.
Dedicated rental platforms run hundreds of dollars per month and bundle websites, payments and a CRM he already handles other ways.
What we would build
A small hosted tool holding his inventory list and bookings: type a date and it shows exactly what's free; book items against an event and it blocks them, warning instantly on any conflict.
For each event weekend it generates crew pull sheets (what to load, for which site, in what order) and a return checklist so missing items get caught at teardown.
