Photo Admin Privacy Policy

The short version

Photo Admin runs entirely on your computer. Your photos are never uploaded, sent, or seen by us or anyone else. There is no account and no cloud.

Your photos

Every photo you open, rename, resize, or convert is processed locally on your own device. Photo Admin does not upload your photos, does not store them anywhere outside the folders you choose, and makes no network connection that includes your photo data.

Location data

Photos can contain GPS coordinates. Photo Admin never transmits this. The optional "Remove location data" feature deletes those coordinates from your exported copies, on your device, before you share them.

What we do collect

When you buy the full version, our payment provider (Polar) collects the information needed to process your payment and email your licence key. We receive your email address and order details so we can send that key and provide support. We do not receive or store your card details. See Polar's privacy policy.

When the app starts, it checks our website once to see whether a newer version is available. This request contains no personal information and no photo data.
